Excellent gym. The place is big. Has different rooms for activities (spinning, diverse classes, private training, etc.). The pool area has a sauna and jacuzzi. There is a closed saloon for only-women training. The locker- washroom area is generous, everything is clean, and the showers are well maintained. You can use hair dryers, there's a dryer for your bathing suit, and lockers are fairly big. The cardio area has enough machines, and I never had to wait for a machine. All are modern. The musculation area is also big, and everything looks new. There's one more area with a big turf where you can do more like functional/crossfit training. There is a shake bar and a vending machine for water and rehydration beverages. There is a daycare and a tanning room. There is plenty of free parking outside. All for the same pricing as other gyms with half of space and services. Finally, one thing that to me is game changer: the place has no specific smell. You can hire a personal trainer, and that cost is independent from your monthly fee, but I find it is fair. I got the VIP membership, allowing me access to wet areas and bringing a guest. Best 25 bucks invested in self-care.UPDATE: I have been training 3 months with Vincent. Already lost over 16lbs and I'm only going twice a week!

I had bad experience in another branch! Still in this branch employee would say some not really correct information or at least misleading to sign you in.. i am now believing its this gym culture..in any case. The gym is good and clean; no comment in that section.
